Terms and Conditions
Here at Petite & Sweet we accept payment using both debit and credit cards, you make payment using your PayPal account. All payments are made via PayPal, when making a purchase you will be directed on to their secure website, where all card details will be securely processed.
All house cakes can be collected from our unit in the Suffolk Food Hall, or from our production kitchen. Please note we require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for to make the house cakes and during our busy periods this may be longer, to avoid disappointment we suggest ordering as far in advance as possible. Once you have purchased a house cake online we will contact you to arrange a time and date for cake collection.
All our products except from our cakes are delivered using first class post, they are all securely packaged to reduce the risk of breakages. The usual delivery time is approximately 3-5 days from placing your order. If you have a specific delivery date in mind please contact us and we will try to meet your requirements.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during weekday working hours. Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
Please note: If for some unseen circumstance we are unable to meet your order in time we will contact you to arrange alternative options or you will be given a full refund.
To avoid disappointment please bare Bank holidays and weekends in mind when making a purchase, we will not be able to dispatch products during this time
Although we try our utmost best to avoid contamination we cannot eliminate the risk of nut traces entirely. In the Petite & Sweet kitchen we use Nuts, Wheat, Soya and Dairy Products.
Our returns policy is relevant only to purchases made online. If you feel you have ordered incorrectly and would like a refund please contact us on; firstname.lastname@example.org or 07908200179, please note you must contact us within 24 hours of ordering. If you fail to contact us within 24 hours and the product/products have already been dispatched no refund will be issued.
When dispatched from our kitchen all products are in perfect condition and packaged suitably to arrive in the same condition, should the product be delivered broken or damaged you have 7 days to contact us, and 7 further days to return the spoiled product to our address. Once received we will refund full product cost or replace the damaged product and refund any reasonable postage costs incurred when returning the goods to us.
We do not keep record of any debit or credit card details, any information received by Petite & Sweet will not be passed on to any third parties. We may keep information such as Name, Contact details, purchases made and post code in order to tailor our service to customer needs. We may also use the contact details given to us for the occasional promotional email about new offers and products.
