These are not only delicious they are a super healthy alternative to the sugar-full children’s ice lollies that you can buy in the supermarket today.
Ingredients
1/2 Tub of Raspberry Yoghurt (dairy-free alternatives can be used)
3 Bananas (Mashed)
1/2 Punnet of Raspberries (Frozen will also work)
You will need some sort of lolly mould, these can be found in many supermarkets and homewear stores, i actually got mine from IKEA.
Method
- Add your mashed Banana, yoghurt, and raspberries into a bowl.
- Mix until fully combined
- Spoon the mixture into the ice lolly moulds.
- Place your sticks into the mould
- Put your mould into the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, check your lollies, if the seem to come away from the sides easily they are done! If not pop them back into the freezer for another hour.
- Once frozen, take out of the freezer and enjoy!
Top Tip – If you have any mixture left over pour into ice cube trays and freeze, these make a great addition to keep your smoothy cool!
